By purchasing a product/s from our store you agree that you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
Age
By placing an order on our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are younger, that you have consent from a parent or guardian.
External Material
Ensure that you will never use this website in a way that would damage it or interrupt its provision.
Ensure that you will never use this website for the transmission or posting of any computer viruses.
Although we make every effort to ensure that our website is virus free we cannot guaranteed this due to external influences outside of our control and as such you should take your own precautions with regard to this.
We endeavor to ensure that the website is available at all times, however this is not always possible and we are not liable should the website be unavailable.

Our website contains links to other websites, but these external websites are not under our control and as such we cannot be held responsible for them or indeed make any guarantees about them. These links are supplied as we consider them to be of potential interest to visitors of our site but we do not monitor or endorse these websites.

Here at Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China we take the security of your details very seriously and have taken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure. All your personal and account details are held on a secure web server, and when you place your order you will also be taken onto a secure server - look for the locked padlock symbol in the status bar of your internet browser.

Item Description
We have taken great care with the descriptions and images of our products as they appear online, but the limitations of the medium may mean slight variations. While every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and images are accurate, specifications are subject to change and Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.
Payment
We accept all the major debit and credit cards: Visa; MasterCard; Laser; American Express; Access and Visa Electron cards.
We also accept cheques and postal orders to the value of your order. Make these items payable to ‘Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China’. Cheques MUST be accompanied by valid cheque guarantee card details written on the reverse of the cheque. A cheque with a value above that of the guarantee card will need to be cleared in our bank before good are despatched. Call us for further details.
Do Your Prices Include VAT?
All prices on this site are quoted in GBP and include VAT at the appropriate rate your selected delivery destination will determine whether or not VAT is applicable. If VAT is not applicable then this tax will be deducted from your order prior to your card being charged. Your location may render you liable to import, local or other taxes: Such taxes are entirely your responsibility. You must include your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China uses an address verification system to ensure correct billing addresses. Orders with incorrect details will not be processed.
Prices
The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. VAT does not apply to orders to be shipped outside the EEC or other Tax free areas – in these circumstances goods will be priced without VAT. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability.
Order Confirmation
By completing and submitting an electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order and this confirms that the contract is formed. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
Goods Out of Stock
If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct email and telephone details on the order form.
If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out of stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately. You will need to advise us of your preference.
Accepting Your Order
We do not have to accept your order and some of the reasons for this may be:
- The goods you ordered are not in stock.
- Your payment has not been authorised.
- There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods ordered.
- You have cancelled your order in accordance with the section below ‘What do I do if an item is broken or I change my mind upon receiving it?’.
Cancelling or Altering Orders
You can cancel or alter your order at any time prior to its despatch. Altered orders may be subject to a small delay as the order is repackaged etc. Please have your order details ready when phoning us.
Offline Orders
Offline orders may be printed and sent by Fax, post, or email, together with payment and your goods will be despatched as soon as possible. In the event of a product being out of stock, you will be contacted and made aware of an expected date of delivery.
Delivery Information
Free standard delivery applies to all UK orders of £10 (including VAT at the UK rate) and over.
To qualify for free delivery the total amount of products purchased after any discounts and before any delivery is added must be of £10 or over.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time.
If you cancel part of an order then the postage and packaging will be recalculated to take this into account. So for example if you order £29 worth of goods but then cancel part of the order which is valued at £20 this then makes your order worth £9 and so would no longer qualify for free delivery.
When will my order be despatched?
Orders received before 12.00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock and payment has been received.
Items ordered after 12.00pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday.
Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following Monday.
Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.
Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.
Delivery
All goods are sent via recorded delivery and therefore require a signature on delivery.
What do I do if an item is broken or I change my mind upon receiving it?
Contact Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China as soon as possible as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.
If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
- You must contact us so that we can send you pre-paid postage labels to return your goods.
- Any goods which have been personalised, engraved or modified in any way cannot be returned.
- Any pierced jewellery items cannot be returned.
- Goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked.
- Any free gifts that were received as a result of purchasing the goods must also be returned.
- Goods returned must also include all original packaging, documentation and any labels should still be attached.
- Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.
- Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
- Goods returned are subject to a minimum charge of £4.00 which covers postage and packaging fees.
- Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are not refundable, but may be exchanged.
- Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.
What if my order is damaged in the post?
All risk of loss and damage to a product passes to you upon shipment of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions in connection with the packing or shipping of the products or of the carriers, whether or not recommended or selected by us.
Special offers
Free gift offers are only valid while stocks last.
Any free gifts that you received as a result of purchasing certain goods must be returned along with these good if a return is to be fully processed.
Unwanted free gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price (for example, half price), the discount will be calculated at the checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.
Disclaimer
These Terms & Conditions of use are governed by the law of England and you and we agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions of use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.

Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China and any other party involved in making this site available to you are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of its being accessed or used.
