Lladro

Lladro was first established by brothers Juan and Vincente Lladro in Valencia in1953, and by 1960 the growing international demand for Lladro porcelain figurines saw substantial demand for the pieces in Canada and the United States thanks to the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of every figure.

In 1962 the brothers opened a Professional Training school for budding potters and built the famous Lladro City of Porcelain in 1967. In 1986 The Lladro Museum opened in New York which celebrates the success and master craftsmanship of Lladro porcelain.

Today Lladro is one of the world’s five top brands, according to the Forum of Spanish Renown Brands, and is present in over 120 countries throughout the world.

Lladro remain one of the world’s leading porcelain producers with fresh, contemporary designs made by masterful hands to an extremely high standard.
