How secure is it ordering online?Here at Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China we take the security of your details very seriously and have taken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure. All your personal and account details are held on a secure web server, and when you place your order you will also be taken onto a secure server - look for the locked padlock symbol in the status bar of your internet browser.

Do I have to order my goods through the website?No, we are happy to accept offline orders which you may print and send to us by Fax, post, or email (see out ‘contact us’ page for details), together with payment and your goods will be despatched as soon as possible. In the event of a product being out of stock, you will be contacted and made aware of an expected date of delivery.
BACK TO MENUWhat type of payment do you accept?We accept all the major debit and credit cards: Visa; MasterCard; Laser; American Express; Access and Visa Electron cards.
We also accept cheques and postal orders to the value of your order. Make these items payable to ‘Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China’. Cheques MUST be accompanied by valid cheque guarantee card details written on the reverse of the cheque. A cheque with a value above that of the guarantee card will need to be cleared in our bank before good are despatched. Call us for further details.
BACK TO MENUWhat if the goods that I order are out of stock?If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct email and telephone details on the order form.
If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out of stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately. You will need to advise us of your preference when we contact you.
BACK TO MENUCan I cancel or alter an order?You can cancel or alter your order at any time prior to its dispatch by contacting us. Altered orders may be subject to a small delay as the order is repackaged etc. Please quote your order details when contacting us.
BACK TO MENUHow much does delivery cost?Free standard delivery applies to all UK orders of £10.00 (including VAT at the UK rate) and over. UK orders of less than £10 are charged a set rate of £3.50 (please see details below).
Free delivery does not apply to overseas orders with deliveries to the USA charged at a set rate of £27.00 and within Europe at a set rate of £17.00. For postage costs to other countries please get it touch.
To qualify for free delivery the total amount of products purchased after any discounts and before any delivery is added must be of £10 or over.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time.
If you cancel part of an order then the postage and packaging will be recalculated to take this into account. So for example if you order £29 worth of goods but then cancel part of the order which is valued at £20 this then makes your order worth £9 and so would no longer qualify for free delivery.
BACK TO MENUWhen will my order be despatched?Orders received before 12.00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock and payment has been received.
Items ordered after 12.00pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday.
Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following Monday.
Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.
Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.
BACK TO MENUDo I need to sign for my delivery?Yes, all goods are sent via recorded delivery and therefore require a signature on delivery.
BACK TO MENUHow do I return an item?If you receive an item that is broken or you change your mind upon receiving it then please contact Kingsway Jewellers & Brays China as soon as possible as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.
If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
- You must contact us so that we can send you pre-paid postage labels to return your goods.
- Any goods which have been personalised, engraved or modified in any way cannot be returned.
- Any pierced jewellery items cannot be returned.
- Goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked.
- Any free gifts that were received as a result of purchasing the goods must also be returned.
- Goods returned must also include all original packaging, documentation and any labels should still be attached.
- Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.
- Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
- Goods returned are subject to a minimum charge of £4.00 which covers postage and packaging fees.
- Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are not refundable, but may be exchanged.
- Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.
BACK TO MENUWhat if my order is damaged in the post?All risk of loss and damage to a product passes to you upon shipment of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions in connection with the packing or shipping of the products or of the carriers, whether or not recommended or selected by us. We will of course help in everyway to ensure that you do receive either your item or insurance.

We do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering with us and/or buying products from us on-line, you will automatically be added to our mailing list but you do have the option to "opt-out". If at anytime you would like to be removed from our mailing list please contact us by email to let us know and you will be removed immediately.
